My wife me and a friend dined at yours on Sunday. We dine there quite often as we enjoy the atmosphere good food and friendly service. Sunday was different. My wife ordered steak to be done in a specific way. It came to the table way way wrong. I called the lady and told her the meat was not done the way it was ordered. First she tried to convince me it was, then took it away and brought it back burned black. I asked her if she would accept it, and she had a fresh steak made exactly as my wife ordered it. Question: If it can be done right the second time around, why not do it right the first time. Why waste a lot of time and money. It will take a while for us to return there again. I am really sorry about all of this as we utterly enjoyed going there.
