The Georgian meal was a delightful explosion of flavor, with perfectly spiced khinkali and rich, cheesy khachapuri stealing the show. Each dish felt like a warm invitation into the heart of Georgian hospitality, beautifully balanced between comfort and complexity. From the fresh herbs to the robust wines, every bite told a story of tradition and culinary mastery.
There really aren't enough overwhelmingly great things to say about this gem. Everything from start to finish was incredible. My wife and I came from Saskatoon and will be making this an as-often-as-we-can destination. Service (Shenae) was second to none and Chef Adam stopping by was a really personal touch. I don't want to rave too hard so as to keep this restaurant a secret, but I don't want to see a place like this gone, so GO! You will be so glad you did.
Trigo became my favourite restaurant very quickly. The service is amazing and the staff always treat us so well. The food and atmosphere is unlike anything I’ve experienced. 10/10 recommend it to everyone!
