I’ve had cupcakes from here before & they were great. I went to go pick some up after work for my partners birthday tomorrow. I had my son in my arms rushing to make it before 4, we got there at 3:55 and they were walking out locking up. I said “I thought you close at 4” she replied “it’s 2 minutes too” Incorrect, it was 3:55. Time for a sale. They complain on social media all the time they need business but then turn people away? Annoying

I just wanted to say thank you to Hey Sugar Bakeshop, they supplied cupcakes for a Bridal Shower I was planning and we got so many compliments! We had so many family and friends travelling from out of town that just had to know where we got the cupcakes because they were both gorgeous and delicious. Had a wonderful box of cupcakes today. We went to West Edmonton Mall last week and paid more than this place charges and they were terrible—looked pretty but were dry and tasteless. Hey Sugar! has moist, flavourful cupcakes that won’t disappoint. Highly recommend!

Totally love going here for sweets and treats. We have got cupcakes many times here, my favourite being the Red Velvet. Some cupcakes have too much frosting, and sometimes too sweet, but good for at least one portion! We got snowman cupcakes for my bday and for and a green and white cake for another bday! Very good place.
