Driving back to Edmonton for a visit with the family and my husband found hair in his Big Mac after a couple of bites. Disgusting and there’s a reason they have a lot of 1 star reviews, I called and spoked to the manager. The strand of hair is larger then my hand and just so you know I’m a red head lol so it’s not mine… nasty and even for fast food it should be handled better. This happened with drive through By the way.

McDonald's here could use more charm , more cleaning ,doors and windows are very dirty .drive through should wait till the Customer is done talking with there order .should never interrupt .

I asked for 3 individual pancakes an a Egg mcmuffin BLT through the drive through and the employee working didn’t put my order on the screen until we were pulling away and I had noticed she placed an order for 3 stacks of 3 pancakes, so when I got to the window I asked if she could just make it the one and she said no and wouldn’t fix it. Not only that she still made us wait 10 minutes for our food just for me to open the bag and find my girlfriend’s BLT barely wrapped loosely in the bag with its contents spilling everywhere. Worst experience and I am furious will not eat here again.

Don't bother coming here in the middle of the night. Only items they have are full price as they wouldn't even attempt to make me Mc doubles or wraps... Kinda sad as I would have spent more on the Mc doubles and a snack wrap over getting 1 burger which was average at best. Won't be coming here again at night.
Not open 24 hours, it's 3 times I go there 3:30 am on my way to work for coffee and they say their not open because of shift change, I worked service for years and we change on the fly,not that hard.

Why can't they ever get an order correct. I do mobile orders, and something Is always missing. I did give th food a three BC for the first time in forever I got fresh hot fries and they made up for my missing nuggets.
