I've been ordering the crispy chicken habanero bowl for some time now and it used to be quite good.. Lately it's been going steadily downhill though in terms of only half filling the bowl, as well as quality. There used to be a fair bit more salad/veggies than the rice. Now there's much less salad and less of everything else. The last two orders I had there were only 4-5 small cubes of chicken. And the rice lately has been under cooked and cold (not warm, but actually cold). Quality wise this is probably a location issue, but I've noticed across a few locations that the quantity has gone way down. Long story short, cold undercooked rice in the bowls and only half the amount of portions compared to a couple months ago

I’ve ordered to have maple bacon added on my farmers wrap a couple times this last week.they always make sure to charge me extra but when I open up the wrap theirs never maple bacon. Don’t pay for extra on any food you won’t get it.

This location has always had terribly long wait times for food when ordering inside. Yesterday I ordered a bacon sausage farmers wrap. Waited 20 minutes as customers with wraps came and left. I was told 3 more minutes for sausage. 10 minutes later she came out with a bacon bagel belt, and asked if that was good enough because they are out of sausage now because drive thru comes first. That cost 5 bucks mine was shy of 8. After 35 mins waisted still no wrap and was forced to accept the bagel belt and leave.
This has got to be the worst tims in Lloyd. 15 workers all for drive thru.
Avoid this location if you want quailty food and drinks. This morning i ordered a farmers wrap, i was confused when i pulled up to the window and my wrap was ready. Considering it was maybe a span of 10 seconds from the moment I ordered and arrived to the widnow. I used to work at tim hortons , and it’s known to toast the wrap for 15-20 seconds. The cheese in my wrap was still cold and there was hardly any grill marks. It shows that this location cares more about drive through time than making the food properly. Shame on management for constantly drilling it into employees heads that drive through time trumps everything! Now i remember why i haven't been to this location in over a year!
