We were driving from Regina to Edmonton and missed the usual lunch spot due to construction. We found this place in Maidstone and were somewhat skeptical about all the 5* ratings. However, I can say that we should have believed them because this really is a gem. I had a delicious hamburger with the best salad I have had in a long time -- there were at least four types of greens, colourful peppers, sliced grape tomatoes, and a few types of shredded cheese. I've came here a couple of times and I just have to say the food was amazing!! You can really tell they use high quality ingredients for every meal. I've tried many things on the menu as I keep going back to try more and each dish exceeds my expectations.
The workers are all so friendly and treat you like family as well, which is a plus.
Definitely a must try if you need a bite to eat after a long drive!
