We're from out of town stopped to get something to eat. The service was horrible we were ignored and sat in the lobby for a very long time. People that came in after us got their food first and the whole place smelt like sewer. I would give negative stars if I could. We paid $80 for the worst experience I have ever had.

Was told there was no buffet on Saturday. Ended up ordering off the menu. 20 minutes later they started setting up the buffet. Food was over cooked and tasteless. Would not recommend this place

Buffet half empty, food cold and bland tasting. Best thing was french fries and banana bread....No one came to check on us-only customers (should have been the tip off). Bill over $55 - we complained and manager said turn off warmers and don't add food after a certain time (buffet running still an hour to go). Gave 10% discount and she thought that was great. Should have known better....live and learn. NEVER AGAIN

Waited over an hour and half and still left without eating. 2 tables and 2 pick up orders were there when we arrived, took almost 30min to get a menu. 2 tables left, one complained that they weren’t paying for an incorrect meal, then 2 new tables came in. Waitress couldn’t keep track of the 3 tables, which was which or if we had ordered a what. Delivered someone else’s food to our table twice. Only one person in our group of 5 got their meal which was wrong, and the other 2 tables were served. 4 of us never did eat. We even had to find our own cutlery from the empty buffet set up. We paid for the single incorrect meal via cash on the table and left. The place needs to be cleaned and a staffing overhaul.
