The worst subway experience ever!!! I'm a regular customer who order at least twice a week. Today my partner pick up my order and it's not ready. I requested to cancel the order but phone and the owner said they were making it already so I can't cancel it. So I went to the Subway again myself, they are not even making it at all. I went to the owner and requested to cancel it again. He said the $ is in the head office and nothing he can do. The problem is, it shows ready to pick up on the app which I can't cancled my oeder nor get my $ back....
Very disappointed experience.... Be cautious everyone!!!

Put an online order in at 8:30 because Google said the restaurant was open until 9:30. It said it would be red at 8:45. Showed up at 8:45. The whole building is locked down and closed, and they still took my money. When I get my money back I will change my review from a one-star to at least a four.

Can’t rate the food… never get chance to try it. The person working there was so rude…… zero for customer service. If you do not want to work please go home. Don't spoil others mood by such behaviour.
