We ordered two half French vanilla half coffee in Swiftcurrent. What we got was half French vanilla, half hot chocolate! Yuck! Thankfully this location in Maple Creek was gracious enough to replace our drinks free of charge.
Service is amazing..its like walking into the old tims with customer service. Treats you like a human. Go the extra mile and go out of their way to help there customer. The good is excellent and everything is fresh. They keep there shelfs full of treats and always baking as soon as there are low or out then fresh come on the shelf..this store needs to teach all the tim Hortons how to services and treat there customers.. I’ve stopped at a lot of Tim’s in my life, but never one as nice as this one. The staff were unbelievably friendly, the washrooms were spotless, the food was ready very quick. Great atmosphere. Nice views out the window. They deserve all the recognition for being the best Tim’s in Canada.
