I love this location. I’ve been coming here forever. They’re very good, food is awesome here that’s why I am giving 5 star rating but past two experiences haven’t been good and were disappointing that I would like to share, The guy with thick voice doesn’t understand what he’s doing, messed up my coffee yesterday and had a hard time understanding him today as well his actions turned out to be rude. He shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Late Saturday evening, after a very long, exhausting day, I went through the Martensville A&W Drive-thru. After I paid for my Mama Burger the young lady said they had to make a fresh patty so it would take a few minutes.
Because I was tired (and cranky ), I grumbled something about having to wait (yah, I know.... 1st world problems).
A few minutes later she brought out my food.
Imagine my wonderful surprise when I found she included an apple turnover...

Hands down, the A&W in Martensville, SK is the best location. The food quality is #1, the service is #1. Every employee seems to enjoy being there, the Manager A.J. actually seems to care about the quality of the food they send out to customers. They have never messed up any of my orders, ever, and I order xtra stuff like onion ring seasoning on the poutine, xtra xtra xtra pickles on the burger and they don't disappoint, xtra mayo and nashville sauce on the Nashville...
