Visited a few days ago. I find the same issue over and over... if you approach the counter to order, and there is an order ahead of you already, you can expect to wait up to 10 minutes to place your order as there is no employees available to take your order. Maybe more staff is needed so there is dedicated staff to take orders. As well, in this situation, your order can take up to 10 minutes for a coffee/steeped tea and a muffin. Other than this, things are good.

Terrible experience was forced to use my rewards. No greetings no questions like congratulations you have a free drink would you like to use it? Just plain what is your order and is Is debit or cash you pay and off you go. Talked to two employees seems like from Phillipines (ethnicity wise awesome friendly people) both probably can use a bit of refresher training like everybody who want to be on first customer respondents. Bad but sad experience.

Took them a min to stop talking with each other and decide who was going to come take my order. I got Tim bits that were still warm so I really liked that but they were still discussing outside of work topics while making my order and they forgot to make my coffee and walked away from the counter to go talk to a friend that was at the drive thru... I had to wait and try to get someone's attention so that they could make my coffee I would say I waited about 10 mins before I got someone's attention. I'm all for having fun and discussion while at work but to deliver great customer service... you need to focus on your customer as if they are the most important guest in your store .. after your done with the guest go back to chatting with the other staff and as long as your having fun while doing your work then your all ok with me!!! So keep having fun !!!!!! My coffee was perfect and the tim bits to die for lol thanks guys

We pulled into the drive thru lastnight, but no one was answering. No signs of being closed early. said it was open till 10. it was NOT 10! Very disappointing!!

Been coming hear from two weeks and coffee is always bad. Tastes burnt!. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon It wasn't toasted and there was no bacon

The Yorkton Tim Hortons is the worst I've been to. Both have horrible service, horrible food and both are dirty inside. Zero consistency from one day to the next, and their selection of things is dismal. I thought all Timmies were the same but quickly realized that NO franchise in Yorkton is the same as other cities. They're horrible here.
