Took them a min to stop talking with each other and decide who was going to come take my order. I got Tim bits that were still warm so I really liked that but they were still discussing outside of work topics while making my order and they forgot to make my coffee and walked away from the counter to go talk to a friend that was at the drive thru... Visited a few days ago. I find the same issue over and over... if you approach the counter to order, and there is an order ahead of you already, you can expect to wait up to 10 minutes to place your order as there is no employees available to take your order. Maybe more staff is needed so there is dedicated staff to take orders. As well, in this situation, your order can take up to 10 minutes for a coffee/steeped tea and a muffin. Other than this, things are good.
