To think in 2025, we would have moved pass Racism, but I guess not! My brother went the this restaurant last week, he is a black man with vitiligo and a newcomer to Canada. He went to the desk at the entrance and specifically told the girl at the desk he would like to dine in. She then went on to ask what he would like. He replied I would like a pizza but I would like to dine in, she went to the back brought the chef up front and the chef asked him once again what he would like.
This is not normal. The normal thing to do was to seat the guy and hand him a menu just like everyone else.
He told the chef what kind of pizza he would like and took my brothers money, completely ignoring the fact that he said he would like to dine in. The chef brought the pizza back and my brother was astonished at the type of treatment he received. He told the girl that he wanted to dine and and she just scuffed him off and said have a nice day. Disgusting! Couldnt even hide the racism.

Me and my partner frequent there often. I had also started bringing my family, clients and even my kiddos for lunch and it became my 5 year Olds favorite place. We used to love it. Recently I've noticed, the last 4 times we went, we are basically ignored by the server (Nicole, beautiful, tall slim lady), for up to an hour after our food was done (I timed it). Last time we went, about 2 weeks ago, we had a different lady and my partner had asked for extra sauce and a refill, we ended up leaving without (after paying) because it was just such a long wait, while we watched numerous servers including ours server others, check on others, and basically avoid eye contact. It was kind of sad. And really disappointing. We went there origionally because we were having a really hard week and normally going there together would cheer us up and make us feel better. We won't be going back for a while.

The $15 lunch special is pretty good. You get a main dish and a side. I chose an 8 inch pepperoni with onion rings. My friend had a pasta bake and salad. We both enjoyed the meal. The space was clean and welcoming. The server was attentive. All in all, a good, quick lunch.

We were a large birthday group, with many kids. I have to commend our server Jessica Mason! She was on it! She had our orders taken & kept straight without hesitation. She was super friendly and the sweetest person to chat with too! The food was delicious and hot! The atmosphere was wonderful and we all had the greatest time. Thank you to all that helped serve. And especially thanks to the manager for hosting our large family. We will definitely come again!

I planned a special lunch with my pre-k group (14 children and 4 adults). The manager was super awesome and accommodating as we would arrive off the city bus just prior to the restaurant opening for the day, he was awesome and met us at the door and allowed us in so we weren’t cold waiting, the food was prompt and the waitress was very organized, a big thanks to the kitchen staff for making this an awesome experience for the little ones.

The food was great! the service was great! we walked in to a girl (didn’t catch her name) all smiling she sat us and was so efficient!! our server ian was the funniest and funnest server ever! like oh my lanta! half of the meal he had us laughing! we will definitely be back!

Went there with my Uncle while visiting and found that their Thin & Crispy Large Pizza was one of the Best Tasting Pizzas I have ever tasted. The Service was Great as well and enjoyed watching the Football Game on their Wide Screen TVs.

Jinaea D was our serve. And she was absolutely terrible. Poor attitude and just an over all just a not wanting to be there vibe. When asked for a cup so we could take our kids specialty drinks home she said they don't have anything and walked away. We asked another server who was more than happy to bring us 2 cups for our kids.

We ordered two sandwiches. Great packaging. Kept the salad separately to make sure salad doesn’t get warm. Asked for medium rare steak. Didn’t get one. Let’s just say I am glad I didn’t ask for well done Asked for ketchup and asked the driver specifically if he got then I will not order again
