The only complaint is the last time we had London Fogs they weren’t as good as they usually are. Still our favourite 😊
A big shout-out/thank you to Miranda at Starbucks in the Civic Centre Mall. It’s not everyday or even every week that I stop and go through the drive thru to grab a refresher drink ~ but this awesome gal made my day today. She recognized my voice on the mic and called me by my name. She made my day a whole lot better. This is what true customer service is. Thanks again Miranda! 💐
I’m a Starbucks Reserve member, and I visit this location almost every day. Over time, it has become much more than just a place where I stop for coffee.
Rusty Tating, the Coffeehouse Leader, is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has a smile every time I see him. He really helps create the warm atmosphere that makes this location special.

Starbucks offers a drive-thru and ample parking, including Tesla Superchargers. The interior and bathrooms are clean. Service can vary from friendly and efficient to rushed and impersonal. Many customers have positive experiences with friendly staff who go above and beyond, such as remembering customers and adding pup cups for dogs. The store is known for its great coffee, with popular drinks like lattes with oat milk and the London Fog, which many find smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The staff are consistently friendly and pleasant, making every visit enjoyable. Despite some fluctuations in service, Starbucks remains a convenient option for a quick drink, and its staff's efforts to make customers feel special stand out.
