“Got the steakhouse burger combo poutin instead of fries, the double patty burger combo, poutin instead of fries, spiral fries, calamari, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers. The steak house burger was pretty good, my spouse did not like the double burger as it reminded her of meat loaf, it must of been frozen patties, the mozzarella sticks were very salty, the jalapeño poppers were really good, the calamari was very salty and very small pieces of squid usually calamari comes in rings, other than that the meal was pretty good, I would defintly ask for no salt on the calamari, the mozzarella sticks are most likely come frozen so I will not be ordering those again, the best part of the meal was the poutin I just wish they would add a bit more gravy. I will return again“

“I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasn’t sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but I’ll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem.
I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and worth trying.“

“I find it absolutely disturbing that your staff can't be bothered to wear gloves while making blizzards. if a representative from your business can't be responsible enough to wear gloves at work during a pandemic you shouldn't be open for business. your staff member in the man bun needs to be clued into this fact. it is irresponsible for him to be so nonchalant about it and it is irresponsible for dairy queen to not bring thos staff member up to speed“

“Open or Closed… they definitely need a sign saying when they’re open.We literally drove around the building and would not know that it was open. Finally, parked and went to the door. The flies were horrible in the restaurant. Other than that, the service was really good because there was no other people there until we came and the food was good. You would definitely have more customers I think if you had a sign saying you were open because from the outside everything‘s dark.“

“I and my husband always take the beautiful Sunday morning in this location, where Vietnamese community gather every Sunday morning. We love the atmosphere here and the service always really good. The servers always smile and best service comparing with other brand of MC Donal. We will come back.“

“The restaurant and bathroom were very clean especially when I attended was 5:25 pm supper rush. There was a lineup of 15 people, and we were served in 19 minutes. They also have a drive-through window serving customers. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious! Awesome job by staff who were very friendly even with the supper rush of customers.

Vegetarian options: I did not have a vegetarian sandwich however there were at least eight vegetable options for a meal.
