Awesome brunch

Chhavi was an amazing server. She visited our table frequently and made sure everything was good. Haven’t had this quality of service in a while. I would definitely come back just based on her service. Food was really good as well.

Thank you so much! It was amazing! Nice and quiet, and the fruit waffles were sooo good. Also, I hadn't seen any other place do a poutine with tater tots before (it was so good). I forget her name, but our server was so nice too—definitely deserved more than our already large 35% tip.

Last week, I visited the Humpty’s location in Moose Jaw around 7:05 AM. Once again, I encountered the same issue as during my previous visit in the summer: no one was present at the front to assist customers. The kitchen staff member informed me, as they did last time, that there was no front staff available.

I have already raised this issue with Humpty’s head office, questioning how a franchise is being operated like this, where basic customer service is repeatedly neglected. It’s disappointing that such an issue persists.

My wife has friends who work at Humpty’s parent company, and I am seriously considering escalating this matter. If the same thing happens during my next visit, I will document the experience with photos and videos and post it publicly on Twitter and LinkedIn, tagging senior management.

A franchise should be run by someone who can effectively manage the staff and provide the level of service customers deserve. I will be passing through Moose Jaw again next month on my way to Calgary, and I hope this issue will not repeat itself. Otherwise, I will call for serious action to revoke this franchise and award it to someone who values customer satisfaction.

Poor lighting and the place was looking extremely run down. The upholstery in booths was worn and torn

Ordered hot chocolate, which is made from walmart great value, and charging 3.50. Was supposed to be serviced with no whipped cream ,but came out with no whipped cream.

The booth was all riped and the foam back was showing on both sides and the seat was all cracked.

I think management needs to invest in a renovation to justify the menu costs.

Such a disappointment.

Nice and clean place with spectacular service. Had the Liver & Onions and it was amazing…although you could always, always add more gravy. ;)

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on our quick trip to Moose Jaw from the lake. It was your typical breakfast fare, but cooked very well to everyone's liking and very tasty. They even passed my sister's test/request for her bacon to be "really, really, really, really, crispy," which is marvelous, haha! The restaurant is well loved and needs a bit of an upgrade, but it was very clean, and our hostess and the the server were charming young ladies who took very good care of us!
