“I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasn’t sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but I’ll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem.
I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and worth trying.“
“May sound funny talking about 'care and quality' at a fast food place, but it was evident when we got our food. It was all very good and the burgers were put together properly....cheese in the middle, not half off the bun, as were the burgers and other items.....did not require rebuilding to prevent everything from leaking or falling out ;-)“
“Food is usually pretty good, price has risen rediclous amoumt that you may as well goto a decent restaurant. Service is hit and miss. Some of the workers are really good and get correct order while others tend to get it incorrect no matter how many times you tell them. Dome times you get warm fresh food while other times it's old, cold over salted to what i assume is to over compensate. Odd time you get condiment on burgers you asked not to have.“
