McDonald's in Regina

“I visited the drive-thru early this morning to order my usual caramel latte. Although one of their machines wasn’t working properly, the team provided exceptional customer service by offering me an upgraded coffee option right away.

The service was quick, warm, and genuinely attentive — from both the staff and the manager. They even offered me a pair of hash browns to make up for the inconvenience.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great example of excellent customer service.

I recently noticed that this McDonald’s was over 20% cheaper than the Albert Street South location for the exact same Chicken McMuffin meal with hash brown and coffee.
The pricing here felt much more reasonable and fair.“

You can see homeless people hanging in or around this location, and that's not McDonald's fault at all. The restaurant itself is clean and the food served here meets McDonald's standards. Watching him calmly and respectful help two community members that collapsed outside the restaurant until first responders arrived was beautiful. “Stopped at McDonald’s strictly on official parent business: securing a Happy Meal.

Mission was successful. Toy acquired. Child satisfied. Fries mysteriously disappeared before reaching our destination (no witnesses).

Service was quick, food was exactly what you expect, and honestly sometimes a Happy Meal just hits the spot, even for the adults who claim they’re “not hungry.”

If you’re on the road with kids, this location gets you in and out fast with minimal chaos, which is all you can really ask for.“

“Having arrived in Regina for the very first time last Sunday, we spent the evening on a leisurely promenade around our neighbourhood with our two grandchildren. During our stroll, the unmistakable golden arches of McDonald's immediately captivated the children, who enthusiastically requested burgers for dinner.

Upon entering, we were impressed by the modern and efficient self-ordering system, through which we ordered a chicken burger, a bacon burger, and two spicy veggie burgers. The service was remarkably expeditious; our order was prepared with admirable promptness despite the evening rush.

As we reside nearby, we chose to bring the meal home, where we relished it together in a warm family setting. The burgers were delectably prepared, flavourful, and thoroughly satisfying. The spicy veggie burgers, in particular, possessed a delightful zest, while the chicken and bacon burgers were equally succulent and enjoyable.

Overall, our first culinary experience in Regina was exceedingly pleasant, and this McDonald’s outlet provided not only efficient service but also a memorable beginning to our stay in the city.“

“Had a great experience today . It was busy as usual, the McDonald's does . Despite receiving the exceptional service today .Rushali ( had a consent prior using her name) is manager # when my turn came and found the apple juice half way filled to the glass, she did refill the new one over dispenser and dumped the old one in the glass ( half filled) and served the entire glass from the new batch . Her actions encouraged me to write this review since It considered above and beyond service and has food handling knowledge. Kudos to her ,maintaining professionalism during busy times and not cutting the corner.
She may choose the worst option to fill the rest glass with ice and serve it faster , but she chose the correct procedure.🙂“
