Even though they were busy, they took the time to help me and made a real effort to make sure I had a great experience. Their kindness truly made my day. I recently noticed that this McDonald’s was over 20% cheaper than the Albert Street South location for the exact same Chicken McMuffin meal with hash brown and coffee.
The pricing here felt much more reasonable and fair.“

“Great location, great service, and the staff members were doing their job to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, the location is not the best within the city. You can see homeless people hanging in or around this location, and that's not McDonald's fault at all. The restaurant itself is clean and the food served here meets McDonald's standards. Limited wall plugs available for chargers.“

“Have you ever thought about having your kids birthday party at McDonald's? DO IT!! The kids will have a blast, the restaurant takes care of all the decor and set up, and even does up party favors for the kids. Amazing!
It was slightly chaotic ordering food, but the ladies helped make sure all kids had their happy meals and everyone was satisfied.

“First time ever i seen this type of exceptional customer service by 2 indian guys at front who made by birthday special by serving me am amazing combo of fries,chicken wrap and orange juice within 2 minutes only.I do not exactly remember their names may be one's name is Gurshaan and another guy was wearing black turban.Thank you so much again to both of these hardworking guys for making my birthday unforgettable👌👌“

“This location has loads of parking which would make it easy to park smaller motor homes or vehicles towing mid sized trailers. Be aware that if you try and enter or exit this parking lot using the east access point you could have issues due to the extreme slope of this access road.

This location was clean and well maintained when I last visited. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

As usual the coffee was excellent. I always enjoy the coffee at McDonalds and take every opportunity to enjoy a cup of their liquid gold. In my opinion their coffee is better than Tim Hortons.“

“Cute customers for sure, umm McDonald's could reopen dining rooms... just let covid do what it was manufactured for... I had to pay for Mcchicken sauce, like 4.00 for a potato wasn't enough. But still 5 stars for the cute customers (I'm like 3 of those stars)“

“This isn't so much about food as it is the quality of a person/employee. Garrett is a true gem to the entire franchise and society as a whole. Watching him calmly and respectful help two community members that collapsed outside the restaurant until first responders arrived was beautiful. He treated everyone with respect and calmly controlled the situation ensuring everyone was safe. My heart and soul needed this today. “Im loving it !
The best thing i like is being able to goto the kiosk put my order in how I want it and they prepare it, save any issues with language barriers and those fussy people who want to customize the order. Get in , input my order, get the food and on my way. The odd occasions they do not pay attention to dine in and make it a take out but hey it is all correct thats all that matters“

“Having arrived in Regina for the very first time last Sunday, we spent the evening on a leisurely promenade around our neighbourhood with our two grandchildren. During our stroll, the unmistakable golden arches of McDonald's immediately captivated the children, who enthusiastically requested burgers for dinner.

Upon entering, we were impressed by the modern and efficient self-ordering system, through which we ordered a chicken burger, a bacon burger, and two spicy veggie burgers. The service was remarkably expeditious; our order was prepared with admirable promptness despite the evening rush.

As we reside nearby, we chose to bring the meal home, where we relished it together in a warm family setting. The burgers were delectably prepared, flavourful, and thoroughly satisfying. The spicy veggie burgers, in particular, possessed a delightful zest, while the chicken and bacon burgers were equally succulent and enjoyable.

Overall, our first culinary experience in Regina was exceedingly pleasant, and this McDonald’s outlet provided not only efficient service but also a memorable beginning to our stay in the city.“

“lWe recently visited McDonald’s and overall had a pleasant dining experience. We ordered a Quarter Pounder, fries, and chicken nuggets, and the food did not disappoint. The Quarter Pounder was juicy and flavorful, with a well-cooked beef patty and fresh toppings. The fries were hot, crispy, and lightly salted, just the way McDonald’s fries are known to be. The chicken nuggets were especially delicious, with a crunchy outside and tender chicken inside, making them a favorite part of the meal.

One thing we appreciated right away was how clean the restaurant was. The floors, tables, and ordering area were well maintained, which made the place feel comfortable and welcoming. The seating area was organized, and there was enough space to enjoy the meal without feeling crowded. Cleanliness is very important in a fast-food restaurant, and McDonald’s did a good job in this area.

However, the service could have been better. While the staff were polite and professional, we had to wait for a while before receiving our order. The restaurant seemed busy at the time, which may explain the delay, but it was still a bit longer than expected for fast food.

Despite the wait, the quality of the food and the clean environment made the visit worthwhile. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would return again, especially if the service time improves.“
