The staff here was extremely rude and showed zero interest while taking our order. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this; we’ve faced the exact same poor treatment here before. This branch is completely lacking in discipline, customer service, and friendly staff. Additionally, the hygiene here is unfortunately very poor. I will never bring my children to this location again.
The service was okay ish, didn't have that much interaction since I ordered through the machine, but the burger bun was so hard. I think they might have overcooked it. The burger buns are supposed to be soft, but it was so hard. It was so hard to bite the burgers.
In a city of poor McDonald's this has to be one of the worst. They have a limited menu, and even that they cannot serve in a timely fashion. Last night we ordered via McDelivery. Twenty minutes later they were still 'preparing' two Quarter Pounder meals. The DoorDash driver gave up, and we had to wait another 5 minutes until the delivery was reassigned. In total, 50 minute wait for two hamburgers and fries. Won't be using McDelivery anymore since we are forced to order from this...read full review
