I have been there twice this week through the drive thru and both times my order us not what I paid for. I have order a double big Mac meal and received the single. It's frustrating that the price you pay for the meals and they screw you over. I definitely will never go back to that location again. But also makes me wonder how many other people they do this to?

I would prefer to have self-serve fountain drinks. Otherwise, the place was very clean and modern, and the service was good. Oh, and the muffins were huge!

Friday afternoon I went to McDonalds to get the viral crocs keychain from the happy meal, I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with spicy habanero sauce, a cheese burger happy meal, and a small fry. After I got my order I sat down , opened my happy meal and see a book… if I wanted a effing book I would’ve went to the library, not flipping McDonalds. I opened the second happy meal and see yet another book, I took the 2 books and went to the counter I asked the cashier where my crocs were and he said there were unavailable… so basically what there saying is that McDonald falsely advertises because they DONT have croc keychains they lied, I said okay and went to sit my ahh down, opened my chicken nuggets and looked for my spicy habanero sauce and it was no where to be found I got my receipt got up once again and asked where my spicy habanero was, the guy gave me one, and I went to sit back now, I looked for my small fry and didn’t see it anywhere… I had to get my butt up once again to ask where my fries were, this time it was a different lady, she told me they were in my in my happy meal… if they were in my happy meal I won’t had gotten up, I showed her my receipt and she said oh okay sorry about that, they were not sorry at all. I won’t ever be showing up to this location ever again, they are liars and they are thieves.

We used debit to grab some food it was approved through the bank account but didn’t come in on there end which we had visual proof through our bank app the staff refused to print off a receipt for us to look at and refused our food we talked to managers there this location is completely useless as a supporter 25 plus years ill never give a cent to any location ever again thanks for screwing us out of 60 bucks and there will be a big deal made out of this!! Staff and the management team need to get there stuff together!!

Very great staff, super kind and very nice. Was looking for something quick while driving through the city and came here and had a very pleasant experience. Was quite surprised to see so many negative (and downright racist) reviews. The staff at both windows were so kind and friendly, and our meals were hot and fresh!

The service is always great but the fries are rarely fresh, they often forget idems I order, they put way too much Mayo on the chicken mcmuffin and I always get so many straws it is silly.

I have repeatedly told them that they are over cooking their pies and the response is well that’s the timer that we’re required. Moose Jaw is the only place that I get burnt bottom pies they should be a golden brown.
