My family is a regular customer of this Mr Sub we probably get a sub once a week for everyone in my family and it's usually pretty good. my last visit was horrible we got the Louisiana chicken and the guy didn't strain the chicken first so our subs we're just a soggy mess I attached an image for proof when I complained and ask for my money back they told me they can only give me the sub of the day and acted like I was being unreasonable.

I went to Mr Sub in Moose Jaw at 10:20 pm and was told he couldn’t make Louisiana chicken and a couple other subs because it was put away in the fridge. Store doesn’t even close until 11pm. Pretty poor customer service.
