The KFC restaurant offers a tasty chicken experience to its customers. The employees are friendly and understanding, catering to the customer's needs. The food is flavorful, with the chicken described as "the best" by one reviewer. However, the restaurant's organization can be improved, as some customers have experienced delays in receiving their orders. Despite these minor issues, KFC remains a popular choice for affordable and satisfying fast-food dining. The manager on duty is polite and very apologetic about late orders, making up for it with free drinks and gravy. The newly renovated KFC in Moose Jaw has a nice vibe, and the staff are super friendly, with Halal options available for Muslim customers.
