Went Into the store on Mother's day. They seem very focused on drive thru, and mobile orders, the people in the store(myself included) seemed to be waiting for quite some time for our drinks. There were many workers behind the counters. I was very surprised to see Presidents Choice lemonade bottles being dumped into their large vats the make the lemonade drinks are made from. Thanks for the unintended info, I can now make similar drinks at home ? I do really like the new...
This Starbucks location is a little lacking in the customer service department. I go quite frequently, and either get fantastic service with a friendly face, OR I get thrown my drink without even a hello. I know two employees who do a fantastic job, but generally speaking, if I didn't have to come here for the drive thru, I wouldn't.

The staff at this coffee shop is always friendly and pleasant. The only thing I miss is a more cozy summer area (I miss European summer areas)). So, my rating is 5 out of 5. I sincerely recommend it!
