Found their Buffet to have more of a selection than Sunrise Cafe but I agree that it has a Calm & Soothing Atmosphere with better Decoration. The quality of Food was about the same as Sunrise Cafe imo.
Service was a bit slow.
Served Yaki Fried Udon as Chow Mein but Welcome Cafe also sold Chow Mein with Udon Noodles so I guess there must be a Supply Shortage of proper Chow...
