Everything i come here, there is only one guy. Slowest food service worker i have ever seen. He has no sense of urgency at all. Also needs some training on how to make burritos. Sorry for thr harsh words but he very very slow. Have seen customers walking off. Please improve your service.

The tall guy serving us was really rude and messed up our order twice and would nor listen to us. Even still took our order and then asked for a fork and got nothing but attitude 🙄. Was not busy, we were the first customers of the day.
Will not be coming back.

If I had to give zero stars to this location, I would. Saturday afternoon June 21 at 1:00 pm, a guy working wearing turban, first of all ‘open’ sign was turned off. I waited there and guy showed up after 10 min. No hi or hello, when I ordered, he was throwing things around like clearly he did not wanted to be there and I was bothering him by being there. I’m never returning to this place ever again. Either fire him or it’s just a matter of time when this place will start going downhill. I have other buddies who usually go there for food but after this, we won’t be giving business to this location.

I placed an online order with BarBurrito and arrived 30 minutes later, only to find it hadn’t even been started. The staff member present showed little interest or urgency, offering no explanation or apology. It was clear the order was not a priority, and the overall attitude reflected a lack of basic customer service. It feels like the owner is more focused on cutting labor costs than providing a functioning service. Extremely disappointing experience.

So I've recently made a switch from Quesada to Bar burrito. I have seen that most of the time they only have one person working. That person cannot take care of all the customers. That results in service delays. I visited during this cinco de mayo and it was just one person working there. I'm sure that owner wants to save up the cost of overhead since ive been here i have seen two people just leaving because of the wait. So let me tell you. You're not making money by just having one person working there. Technically you are loosing money.

Filthy, broken, and staffed by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there.

We walked into BarBurrito Prince Albert to find the glass door shattered at the bottom — it’s been like that for a long time. Inside wasn’t much better: not very clean, and only two of the three menu screens were working, with one stuck on a Roku home screen.

No staff at the front. We could hear people in the back but nobody came out until we rang the bell. A man finally appeared, stood silently at the register, and stared at us. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. I had to ask if he was even taking orders. He said yes but didn't move or show any sign he actually wanted to help.

When we started to order, he barked, “What do you want to order?” and “What else?” in the rudest tone imaginable. Then we watched him touch his nose with his gloved hand. That was it. We walked out.

This place is disgusting, poorly managed, and staffed by people who should not be anywhere near customer service. Never again.

Whoever worked Saturday, April 19, in the morning was very rude and was basically mad that I ordered food. Was throwing things around like holy and got mad that I ordered a pop, too. But I'll keep coming back cause that's way more petty than not coming back. The food was great, though 😋
