“The restaurant has been renamed to 40th Street Grill. Great food! Homemade breads and real corned beef. The stuffed egg sandwiches were a hearty breakfast. The only thing better than the fresh cinnamon bun was the kindness and service of the owner and the staff. Do not miss this hidden gem for its off the beaten path location!”

“I like syrup in my coffee, the waitress thought it was interesting. She brought butter as an after thought...... Good thing too.
We got a 3 stack as a starter to share. Love keeping people guessing. She was a great match, and made sure our main was there when my last bite of pancake went in so my stomach didn't have time to be full.”

There was a pretty amazing lady who came up to my hubby and I as I was trying to figure out if there was anything I could try to help with menopause. Well, she was so kind, very helpful and totally went out of her way to explain the different products and show me what seemed to help others.I didn't catch her name, but the receipt says Heather. I don't think I could ever thank her enough. I thought I was going to be stuck and miserable though this whole change. But she totally understood what I was going through and how I was feeling. Mr. Sub to me is a superior sandwich shop in this city, and even though we got other newcomers, nothing will beat a Canadian classic chain, which produces fresh vegetables, breads and an art with its construction.

Everything on my sandwich was fresh, crispy and flavourful. The staff are always friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with this restaurant. This place just produces consistency, and quality.”

“Hands down my favourite place to go for boba, and I’ve tried many places in surrounding cities. The oat milk brown sugar latte is my go to! And they are so generous with the pearls. This is such a hidden gem in Pa. Only wish I knew about it sooner!”

“Stopped for lunch today. The crispy tofu teriyaki bowl was delivered quickly to my table where it was hot and delicious. Only complaint was a staff member sitting a table watching something on her phone at a loud volume. I don't want to listen to whatever language your listening to while I eat my lunch.
