“I had a hard time making an online order because my phone doesn’t work very well and then also it didn’t ring when they called either because apparently I accidentally sent two online orders. I felt bad and apologized and inquired about what happens next and if they can sell it to someone else that comes in for pickup etc.
Well not only did they only charge me for the one pizza but then they said they were gonna give me the extra one too!!! I had no other food other than that one pizza and getting another one unexpectedly was huge because it meant I would have food to eat the next day too so I was beyond appreciative!!
I wished I had something I could have given them as a thank you but all I had was pizza, ha ha, so I figured I’d try and give them a great customer service review.
Had been working for 16hrs and that was a real nice thing to happen at the end of my day so thank you very much!“

I contacted the Pizza Hut store, and the manager handled the situation professionally. They arranged for my correct order to be delivered at no additional charge. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the quick resolution. Thank you for making things right. I would highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for delicious pizza and outstanding customer service.“
