Big Wing's Prince Albert

Not very impressed. Ordered a combo 4 from big wings only to pay $75 and have them only bring 4 orders of over cooked wings with barely any sauce on them and missing the rest of my order which should have included - large fries, large Caesar salad, and gravy. The lady on the phone trying to argue with my fiancé about what he ordered yet I was right here when he called to place the order and I watched him pay $75 for it. 4 orders of wings is not $75. Had to argue with her for 5 minutes about it before she wanted to try and make it better after trying to convince him 4 overs of wing with delivery is $75. Very poor customer service.

Service sucks they never answer the phones.so why even have a phone if you can’t make a effort to answer them.i called one time I let the phone ring for at least 5mins straight and some girl answered it sounded all drugged out.i had to repeat my order 3 god damn times to her.and the order arrived completely wrong.

I had the honey garlic wings at back to Batoche. They were huge, hot, sauced up. Probably the top 5 wings I have ever had.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the food so terrible at the big wings food truck at the softball tournament on opening day (today). The wings were really dry and cold from being cooked a long time before. The fries were freezing cold. Asked for warmer fries but all they did I think was throw in the same fries in the fryer to try to warm them up. Told the young workers that there was nothing fresh about the meal. All they did was apologize. No offer to be refunded.

Normally like the food at the actual restaurant….not so much on the food truck.

Really depends on who’s working whether it’s good or not. When it’s good it’s really good, but if the wrong person is working it’s a waste of money. Was last there 06/28/2025, and did not have a good experience. They fixed my order without any issues which was great, but again it wasn’t done properly. I don’t blame the lady that tried to help me, but her coworker in the back clearly didn’t get the assignment. Nonetheless, I’ll go back because I’ve had more good experiences there than bad.

I've tasted chicken Wings cooked from different restaurants from the northern are to Saskatoon area and Big Wings chicken Wings are the BEST TASTING chicken Wings I've Ever Tasted!!

Hands down the best wings in town. My first time ordering from this establishment and I can tell you without a doubt that the product is far superior to the previous brand. I got to meet the owner, great guy dedicated and driven to deliver a great product and excellent service. I will not order wings from anywhere else. The best hot wings I’ve had in years 👍🏽
