Our visit to Boston Pizza was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We had to wait forever at the host stand just to be acknowledged, even though there were barely any other customers in the entire restaurant. That alone should’ve been a warning. The bathrooms were filthy, looking and smelling like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The service was just as bad. Our waitress was dressed extremely inappropriately for a family restaurant, and she barely checked on us the entire time. The food didn’t help either. The chicken was completely dry, and we had a fly landing on us throughout the whole meal. The phone at the front rang nonstop with nobody even attempting to answer it. Meanwhile, staff members kept walking by and literally crop dusting us. Absolutely disgusting. The atmosphere was unbelievably awkward. The kitchen staff were swearing loudly, and the restaurant itself was dead silent no music, no TVs, nothing but uncomfortable quiet and yelling from the back. To top it all off, a staff member stood there staring at us nonstop, making the entire experience even more uncomfortable. This place is a complete mess. Terrible service, terrible cleanliness, terrible food, terrible atmosphere. I won’t be back, and I honestly don’t know how this location is even still open. I won't be back and i won't advise others to go aswell.

It was the experience that you expect from Boston Pizza. Good food, good service, sports bar atmosphere.
I took my son there for his birthday dinner. It was Oct 7th on a Tuesday. The waiter had spilled his drink on him and both the tables just smeared the drink, didn't use a clothe to clean it. It was also pasta Tuesday, on the menus it says gourmet pastas are included in pasta Tuesday. I got charged full price.

I ordered food for take out, and when we got home the food was soggy, burnt and the cheese smelt rotten We called to tell the manager and the manger said “there’s nothing we can do cause you didn’t tip and didn’t eat it after the 15 minute pick up time” Cause yeah we need to tip when all you did was cook and package the food? Like no delivery no cleaning up? What would we need to tip for? We didn’t even ask for a refund or anything, just to give our feed back of crappy service…
