My boyfriend and I waited 15 min in the parking lot for two breakfast sandwiches. I went in to let them we know we were still waiting and the girl at the front counter took one of the sandwiches that was sitting wrapped up on the rack unwrapped it with her bare hands and pulled apart the sandwich with her fingers to look inside it, wrapped it back up and put it back on the rack. I told her I seen what you just did and confronted her about it and told her that she shouldn’t be touching peoples food with her bare hands and she said “I didn’t touch your sandwiches” I told her it didn’t matter she shouldn’t be touching anyones food without gloves especially being that she’s working the front. I asked her for her name and she ignored me and turned the other way and started talking to the person in the back. I’m completely disgusted and wont be back to that location. I was completely disrespected. The fact that they have people working there that absolutely don’t care is very unsettling.

I am not from PA but when I went here on June 29th for the first time I was expecting the same quality of food as the one in my town but no the chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil or old oil the person taking our order was very monotone and sounded like they never wanted to be there as well.

Staff was friendly but despite there being little to no customers at the time of my visit, the place was a mess! I am not sure why all of the tables were dirty, the trash can was full to the brim, the floor was unkempt, dirty stainless and pop Station. The staff would rather chat on down time than do the work they are being paid to do.

Was there around 5pm. All staff were either cleaning, preparing food, or serving customers. Manager was making their rounds checking out the place for cleanliness and giving direction. Also showed kindness by letting less fortunate people in to warm up. Staff always present and keeping an eye on the dining room.
