I would like to bring a concern to your attention. I stood at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes, but no one came to take my order. When I drove forward to the window to let the staff know that a line of customers was waiting, instead of offering an apology, the employee argued with me and spoke in a very rude manner. Additionally, after the long wait, I received two poutines that were extremely salty and completely ruined my supper.Nobody appreciates or expects this level of service, especially from an establishment I usually rely on. I hope this matter can be addressed, as the experience was very disappointing .

We were about to make a huge order for supper for my hubby and I but their App wouldn’t give us a free cheeseburger and a free fries for our daughter unless we add our credit card to it. So we just gave up and ordered her a kiddie meal & gave up on ordering adult meals. What’s the point of having their dumb App if we have to add a credit card to collect our free items. Deleting their App & eating at home instead & when we go to eat out we’re taking our business elsewhere where they give you your free items without adding your credit card to their Apps. So disappointing & sad not to get our free items with our points. You lost our business Burger King!

Normally I don’t have a negative interaction with Burger King, usually neutral. But there was 3 of us who ordered Whoppers and left us feeling a sharp stomach pain a couple hours after eating, and with a lingering pain still (it’s been 3 days). Wouldn’t recommend eating their burger selections, obviously not following safe food handling procedures.

My boyfriend and I waited 15 min in the parking lot for two breakfast sandwiches. I went in to let them we know we were still waiting and the girl at the front counter took one of the sandwiches that was sitting wrapped up on the rack unwrapped it with her bare hands and pulled apart the sandwich with her fingers to look inside it, wrapped it back up and put it back on the rack. I told her I seen what you just did and confronted her about it and told her that she shouldn’t be touching peoples food with her bare hands and she said “I didn’t touch your sandwiches” I told her it didn’t matter she shouldn’t be touching anyones food without gloves especially being that she’s working the front. I asked her for her name and she ignored me and turned the other way and started talking to the person in the back. I’m completely disgusted and wont be back to that location. I was completely disrespected. The fact that they have people working there that absolutely don’t care is very unsettling.

I am not from PA but when I went here on June 29th for the first time I was expecting the same quality of food as the one in my town but no the chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil or old oil the person taking our order was very monotone and sounded like they never wanted to be there as well.

I am not sure why all of the tables were dirty, the trash can was full to the brim, the floor was unkempt, dirty stainless and pop Station. The staff would rather chat on down time than do the work they are being paid to do.
