The indian guy that was working in the front counter was rude to his customers. At 6:20pm oct 19th
Honestly.. this place tried to charge me for a cup of ice. LOL. I'm already paying for their overpriced food. I get paying for a cup because that's your stock, but 80 cents for frozen water? 😂 Give me a break.

very bad service. the Rahul employee explained that we would get burgers and strips in the children's menu, but as a result we only got strips. the children were very unhappy. Rahul very aggressively explained that it was not his fault. please take measures against this employee. in addition, he communicates with other employees in his own language (perhaps Indian), which puts me in an uncomfortable position.

All good except the homeless digging through the garbage like in a third world country. Not too appealing for me.

service was very slow, seem very disorganized. blizzard was soft, but not soft enough to spill out when it was quickly turned over..still it was very soft and not 'blizzard like'...picked a table that was the least dirty. a meh kind of visit, dairy queen is an awesome place to go, just not prince albert's unfortunately. the old one on 15th was the bomb!

Peach cobbler blizzard was great. Sad to report that the staff this afternoon was rude and disrespectful to some less fortunate Canadians. Literally ran someone out of the store for getting a fountain drink…that they paid for… and an extra cup of ice in a travel cup. Come on people it’s ice for goodness sake and it’s +30 outside. A white guy comes in and it’s a different story….”fountain drink refills are free” with a big grin. Have some compassion already.

Recently brought back my favourite kind of Blizzard, but the brownie batter was dry, and there were little balls of ice that watered down the ice cream flavour. Food is always kind of sub par but ice cream is usually better.Staff is overworked and it shows.

Disgusting onion rings. CHANGE YOUR FRYER OIL. Called, and told them; the manager told me the fryer oil was changed this morning…..not true!!!! They lie, and do not care. Wished I would have read the other reviews first! You’ll never get my business again!….not that they care. Way over priced for sub par “delights”
