I wasn’t able to leave a review the many times I was here, since the service is usually great. Like 2 years ago great. Now it feels like a complete 180 turn had happened. I don’t know when, but when you guys started hiring these people, the service is just bad. The food, only the ice cream was decent. Overall, do better as a Fast Food restaurant.

While service may be fast. What is most important is the quality of the food. I strongly feel that I do not need to say I want it hot or fresh. Stale and or old fries are disgusting. Just toss them out. Don't keep putting them down!

Going to this dairy queen but today got a worst experience rude cashier men ask me about my points that it’s fake whereas it’s real and i used my points first time in any dq and ask me that from next time you’re not using points here from next time it was very bad experience for me never going again at this location again!

Recently came here for a blizzard and recieved a cup that was sprayed with perfume. It was so strong. When I went inside to let them know the lady in the drive thru laughed at me and stared at me rolling her eyes laughing that I would complain about this. As someone with a scent allergy I don’t take things like this lightly as it can completely ruin my day causing severe migraines. When I asked her why she was laughing she continued laughing. Sad this is how the situation was first handled prior to receiving a new one..

As always food at dq is great but the girl on the mic on driver through was really rude and she was mumbling, and when we asked her excuse me she became extremely rude

They took me little siblings coupons said they were expired and didn’t give them back. That was the date in the magazine, it said it was valid for a couple more weeks. Manager even told her to give them to us, yet she didn’t. My mom had to go in to get them.

I bought 2 dbl cheeseburgers with bacon, supposedly a special. Cost me almost $20. They were disgusting. I am not sure they were real meat. The bacon was so thin it looked like onion paper, you could literally see through it. Talk about salt, these were so salty I thought someone must have spilled a salt shaker on the patties. They were mushy, soft and barely edible. I could have bought 2lbs of ground beef, made 8 1/4 lb patties, added 2 strips of bacon on each, made my own buns and added the condiments for less than $15. No more DQ for me. Hope the ice cream hasn't changed.

Good and tasty, had coupons and used them....save money while you can do it.

Owners (husband & wife) are extremely rude & do not care about proper handling of food or customer service. Also treat their employees very poorly. Would not suggest anyone spend money at this location.

The lady taking our order tonight (may2 8pm) was very rude! Her accent was hard to understand and too fast repeating my order back to me …which was then of course the wrong order! Kindness and courtesy goes a long way lady!

Went downhill lately, pay 30 bucks for a cake and it's lopsided and only has cookie and fudge in a small circle in the middle, 3 inches in from the outside of the cake.
