Fast and friendly. They got the five star rating because they have many people working behind the counter to ensure that service is fast and efficient. They need to work on the tempura dipping sauce. It was literally water. You can actually drink it like water and it tastes like water LOL.. five star overall tho.

I ordered 2 meals so I could eat 2 days.The sushi platter was delicious. Exactly what I wanted.But I heated up tonight’s supper, a beef ramen soup bowl - I was terribly disappointed.The menu lists beef, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and corn with nori on top.I receive beef, overcooked broccoli, corn, carrots, cabbage- AND red bell peppers. NO nori.I always read ingredients as I dislike hugely bell peppers when they are cooked. It permeates the whole dish and nothing else is tasted. And I was looking forward to nori as it makes it so delicious.So I would give the soup 1 star. Others may like it but it was not as advertised. I have had it before and they did it as promised.So my dogs are getting the soup.

The service was great, quick, very friendly. But the quantity of the food I ordered. It seem to be downgraded from the last time I've been here. Roughly a year ago. I ordered a Bento box and a sumo sized noodle bowl. The portion in the sumo size was what was given last time I was there as a regular noodle bowl, and the Bento was portioned smaller. The noodles are weird and chewy. Not the same noodles. Also the whole thing was cold and there veggies didn't seem cooked at all. It didn't seem like it was cooked at all. I picked it up as take out but I would have assumed it would have been hot by the time I got home (3 minute drive) very disappointed.

Third time in a year I have noticed health code violations. Today a person was cooking on the grill with no net on a very long bead. Disgusting. Update decided to give them another try. Ordered a beef bento box with 4 sushi and 2 tempura shrimp. Got home and it's chicken and no shrimp 2 spring rolls instead. I would not recommend this place at all.

Mm rather disappointed than satisfied.

I tried ? spicy one with salmon and with ? and ? ( I believe it's regular California rolls) doesn't taste good.. It's not terrible, but if you have tried some convenience store sushi it’s just like that, also I have expected the portion to be bigger.. As it was advertising on the website.

I didn't get any chopsticks ? or tissues with my delivery. I don't know why but what am I supposed to eat with my hands??

I also tried their bubble tea with dragon fruit, and it was good, despite the cashier attitude (I was asking what do they have like best recommendations and whatever because it was my first visit, and she was annoyed so, that’s a pity, cz maybe I’d buy more drinks if people would be interested in selling those ?)

Anyway, I spent good amount of money on this store today, paying full price for everything. I don't think I will be ordering or getting anything from the store again tho..??‍♀️, if you want to try them or if you want sushi I would recommend to check CO-OPS cross the road , they have those convenience store ?but cheaper there , but if you are still eager to try them obviously I wouldn't go for the full price — try promo days first ( I gave them 2 starts Cz they have promotion system every day which is lovely and impressive and the place inside is very clean ( at least it was today)!

So order delivery from them on Thursday, they have some discount codes on their website.

Hope my review would give some insights on maybe changing or improving some things
