I bought rice from this place. The guy charged me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. and said it wasnt going through. It charged my bank account three different times. And he was still saying it wasn’t working! I even gave him a $5 bill and scanned my card once more just so I could get my rice and get out of there. They have extremely shitty service and it’s in the gateway mall, that should tell u one thing. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Can’t believe he charged me three times for one rice. Never again am I coming back here and I suggest u all do the same. There’s better food and restaurants in saskatoon.

We order for delivery on 'Skip the Dishes' and they send the food FAST...like at my door in 10mins fast!!! Maybe not always that fast for you but usually super fast. The dry ribs are my favorite but most items are good. Portions are smaller compared to other Chinese restaurants in PA, but price is also much less than the competition. I would say check if you have any allergies to MSG as they may or may not use it ?.

at Spotsylvania mall at famous wok I ordered the bourbon chicken and rice for my grandson who is 7 years old I noticed that the chicken was hard so I tasted it The chicken tasted spoiled I took it backup to let them now they insisted that the chicken was fine and refused to refund me my money. I noticed someone had purschased the same thing I asked her if she thought it tasted funny she said yes and tried to return it they refused her a refund bad business ethics and they continued to serve the meat

We went to Famous Work at The Woodlands Mall, TX. The staff is VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. My kid ordered Two meat combo. The Franchisee Owner served him and gave him a wrong order. My kid told him that he did not ask for that type of chicken. She got upset and ask my son rudely which one. My son told her and she added his choice of meat on top of the wrong order. The register lady charged for 3 meat combo. I corrected the cashier lady that it was a mistake so she called the owner. The owner insisted that we have to pay for 3 meat so I told her that my son ordered only Two meats. The owner took my son's container over the trash can, picked all the pieces of wrong order and threw them in the trash and returned my son the container back and charged for two meat combo.
Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and offensive. The owner of the company should look into this. I will also file an official complaint.
