They're unfortunately slacking in their food. My chicken tenders tasted like fish and the burger bun tasted like mold ? when I first came the food was so good

Very kind staff and amazing food, 10/10!

We stopped at Fat Burger for lunch on Thursday. While I was very disappointed the turkey burger in no longer, my chicken sandwich was awesome. The service was great and the staff person did a great job checking on our satisfaction with our meals.

What an incredible place. Easily the best burgers in town, and easily the best service in town. The staff is super friendly, and even though I only come here every couple months, they remember me by name. I'll always leave a fat tip for them. You'll get your food fast, and I've never had them make a mistake with my orders. I really can't say enough great things about this place, the food, and the staff. I always get the california burger, highly recommend if you haven't tried it.

0 customer service skills from the manager. Placed an order at lunch time, realized when I got back to work I was missing a burger. I came back after work with my receipt and mentioned I was missing a burger and asked if they could help me out. Manager didn't bother to read the receipt or look into it. I said that's disappointing since it's a $8 burger & I didn't come back upset or rude. Simply asked if they could do anything. My family eats here often & after this I will not be giving this location my business anymore. The manager said "I don't care, have a nice day" at least he told me to have a nice day. ?
