They miscommunicated making my lettuce wrap burger. Then they took old patty off the bun and placed it on my lettuce crumbs and all GF here... called them on it and got a whole new one made but they never threw away this twice handled patty. Sorry next to the in line

Always clean & really friendly. I'm not sure if its the manager but there is one worker who knows our order & already starts making it before we even get to the register. We really appreciate the friendly service here. And the poutine is the best in town by far.

Food is always amazing. Chicken tenders are the juiciest things I've ever eaten. Breakfast is decent (only complaint is most of it is carbs and costs more to get protein like egg or breakfast meats).
Ps. You could totally sell Chili Cheese Dogs, but you don't 😩

Restaurantji Recommends
I accidentally ordered in Prince Albert instead of Saskatoon back in February. I work north of Prince Albert and my location settings defaulted to Prince Albert and I didn’t notice until well after placing the order and the food had already been cooked. The manager Gunjan went way above and beyond with his offer to credit us a meal. It was my dumb mistake and I didn’t expect this. The food was excellent, restaurant was clean and the service is very friendly. Thank you Gunjan and to your team.
Regards,
Jon Quigley

My husband, daughter and myself decided to treat ourselves for supper on Thursday June 12th between 6-7 if I’m not mistaken. It tasted good going down. Fast forward to a few hours later and between the 3 of us it was coming out of all ends. My husband had to go to the hospital because it got so bad. Doctors said it’s food poisoning with him. Went through everything he ate within 48 hours (surprise it was only fat burger from that night and then fruit from the day before) , so I called. Spoke with the manager and he was great and said we could get a refund. I call back a little later because I’m waiting for a call back - which I never got. Only to be told that the owner said because that nobody else got food poisoning we were basically lying and to wait another 24 hours for no reason. Saying that the doctor can determine where he got food poisoning from… which they had. It takes the smallest thing of even cross contamination for this. N the fact that all 3 of us got sick and had liquid and dinner coming out of both ends shows that we aren’t lying. It’s unfortunate they go back on their word. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you feel like getting food poisoning and having a family member have to go to the hospital n stay there for fluids for hours on end. Which resulted in a whole days worth of lost wages due to the food poisoning we got from Fat Burger. If I could give this business a 0 star I would.
