We were passing through on our way back to Saskatoon & thought we would try something local so we stopped here. I got the greek chicken wrap and my partner got the Thursday special which included a mushroom swiss burger and a choice of one of 4 soups - we got the coconut veg curry.
The food was okay - it didn’t meet our expectations based on the reviews we read ahead of time. We also got a couple handmade chocolates but unfortunately they didn’t live up to the reviews either. The iced dirty chai was probably the best thing - it had espresso ice cubes which was a nice touch.
The atmosphere is very lovely though - I liked the relaxing music and all on the art on the wall. The bathroom is also very clean.
Definitely funky. Nice variety of soups and beverages. Hamburger was excellent with 1 of the nicest buns I've had lately. I like the art work shown. I will most certainly return.

Prince Albert’s best restaurant, hands down. The Thursday special was just $20 and you get the best homemade mozza mushroom Swiss burger you’ve ever had with your choice of 4 delicious homemade soups on the side, and… an americano. The handmade burger was twice the size as fat burger and came on a homemade bun. Great vibe and location too!

Wow! This place is a little treasure. We're visiting from out of town. Right across from the museum at the end of Central Avenue. By the river. Delicious food: soup, sandwiches, desserts. And the chocolate covered strawberries are so incredible. There is a patio and the place is full of beautiful art!

Wanted to like it. Had the quesadilla. They use pre cooked chicken chunks. The meat was discoloured and tasted like wet dog. My husband had Dijon chicken wrap. Said his chicken was the same and he removed it from his wrap, he said otherwise it was good. The sausage soup tasted like someone poured canned tomatoes over leftover sausage and the few lonely pieces of celery in the soup were hard. Then the dog ran in. It was on the furniture and begging under our table. Male staff was petting the dog and then went into the kitchen. He was also eating behind the counter. There was no one else in the building and no one quality checked us so we just got up and left. Table was wobbly and the foot rest under the chair was broken. After returning to work several of my co-workers told me that they've had similar experiences and no longer go. 50 dollar bill and I left hungry.
I don't know if it's even fair to give a review since I never even got to make an order. Waited 30 minutes and was never even addressed or greeted. Owner seemed to be doing everything she would take an order then cook it. And then take money and go back and cook, all without seemingly washing her hands. People rave about the food, but this is the second time I've tried to go but never got to be served. So if you have lots of free time maybe it's the place for you.
Have had a great lunch here twice now. Love the greek salad and greek wrap! The soup has a great flavour. I've also stopped in for a Carmel Macchiato a few times, great coffee!
They catered our Christmas party and ran out of food before almost half of the people ate. They acted like the first people took too much even though they only had one tray of each item for over 40 people - several of whom did not show up so we paid and estimated for more people than who came. They had their dog running around the kitchen. The food we got was decent. I would never ever recommend getting them to cater any event:
Great little local find by the beautiful river! Aztec latte delicious! And homemade blueberry pie plus handmade chocolates!

Amazing food and service and the vibe is really cool! I'm vegetarian, and there quite a few options, and the two I picked were great.
