First time customer. Our family decided to try Lulu's for the first time and were sorry we did. We ordered delivery and received a mess. The nachos were not Guy Fieri influenced as the restaurant claims. Rather they were burnt and the cheese had been cooked off. The queso dip had curdled and resembled orange cottage cheese. service was slow, but very nice server.
we only noticed the 1 server for the almost packed restaurant.
Food on the otherhand was great! we had the pork dumplings to start. (OMG amazing) the butter chicken, ginger beef bowl, mushroom burger and the cheese burger. All very well cooked and nicely presented. Worth the wait. Would go back just for the food.
Ordered from here and got food that was not edible. Cold, fatty beef dip with terrible au jus. The garlic knots were hard as hockey pucks and the mushroom burger tasted charcoaled and sat for a long time. When asked for a refund for the food they offered a gift card to their restaurant which is sad because I will not eat there again.
