Takes 15 mins to make one chicken wrap
Ordered cheeseburgers for the family, and everyone was sick after eating them, tried phoning the location to discuss with manager, no answer...thus I filed a complaint with corporate. will be contacting health inspector in regards to this poor food handing, I suspect the franchise owner will be less then impressed hearing about this from corporate.hire Canadians who care, instead importing people from countries with poor hygiene standards.

Now a full price poutine only gets you half filled box I guess. Or maybe the management needs to focus on training the crew better or maybe the management trained the crew this way in the first place. Value for customer's money = Zero. Value for owner's profit =

When they tried to hand us coffee we didn't order I should have known we were in trouble. Wrong burger, no sauce for nuggets, no salt despite asking TWICE at the window, the food we did get was old and our drinks were both flat and terrible. $38 for two people. Unreal.

Terrible customer service. Coffee is different every time. Employees seem to be unaware of when someone arrives at the drive though. When I tried to place an order the employee was not paying attention at all. I was asked to repeat myself and the order was still wrong... I chose to leave instead of placing my order.
Horrible customer service. The food isn't the same anymore. The drive through worker was so rude numerous times. When it first happened I explained to my kids people have off days and it's okay. But after the third time I will always tell people not to go there!
