Sorry to say I never had the chance to eat, he was washing dishes, I asked him if he was going to be long, I had an appointment to me he was alone you ppl need to show patience, I said to him I have to go,he started to get aggressive, when i said how busy he is, is not my problem, yelling at me so hard he was spitting, basically told me to f-off(he is the manager) when I phoned for the owner's name &number said he would not disclose that info. I don't recommend eating their, awful behavior.i have never been treated

I normally love Mr.Sub so this isn't a review on the franchise just this restaurant other Mr.Subs I've been to in other cities like Saskatoon, Calgary and even Edmonton have been great however Im going to avoid this one in the future I only gave 3 ?because I like Mr. Sub as a franchise otherwise this restaurant would get 1 ?The restaurant was in horrible condition the gentleman (not really) that made my Sandwich was not in a very good mood and complained when I asked if he could put a few more onions or jalapenos on my Sandwich just an overall unpleasant experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or anything to worry about.
The gentleman who made my subs last night was phenomenal. Great customer service, great sense of humor, and he made one heck of a DELICIOUS sub!Sincerely, "not his" lol

I literally try avoid this place when the bigger lady is working ! She is so cheap with the vegetables it's unreal! I walked out the other day because of it and she also made me repeat what I said 3 times when I was speaking very loud as is! And yet she give me a smirk ! I'll never go there when she's working! Should be fired!
