Service from Mary outstanding as always. Wings were very good. Not impressed with the downsizing of the baskets at all. The new owners had gotten rid of the required drink purchase with every order, however it is now back in place.
YIKES STAY AWAY! New face, same place ... order is lacking on every aspect! Trying to be nice and give it a 1.5/5 but incorrect items and salads packed below heavy hot burgers...I expected this in 1998 when Venice house was slammed but right after major reno in 2024!? ...disappointing to see. Pictures below of bacon mushroom(s) burger ... not sure how to word that as I received 1.5 mushroom slices on my burger so I'm giving that back in star ratings. YIKES, STAY AWAY!
😳 Totally need more staff, service was so slow. 20 minutes to get a waitress, 30 minutes before our drinks came, 1.5 hours to get our food. Security would also be good outside as one of our cars got broken into 😡 Wings were great! Fries were not fully cooked, cheese was not melted on nachos, starters came out last and one did not (forgot it in oven) and drinks were flat and warm! However, High Five! 🖐️ to the one waitress and one cook for trying! 👍

PABCO OFFSALE Review - TL;DR: Very rude customer service.Calling to ensure they'd be open (as I pay for my transportation), the lady on the phone said they'd be open in a few minutes. So I asked when the regular hours were so I wouldn't be confused in the future, she scolded "Who is this?!" (I just said I was a customer) And she then said, "okay, I'm busy!" and hung up without giving me any direct answer.The thing is, is that I like to get all my ducks in a row, getting my groceries, errands done, etc, all in one cab, and when something like that happens it's not only inconvenient but also shows the amount of respect they have for customers.
Good place for lunch
The food here is tremendous. The drinks are well made, and the service is unbelievable.
