Been to this establishment twice in a span of seven months apart. Each time same experience.Pros: Clean, very friendly hostess and wait staff.The only reason I did not give service two stars was because floor staff was very friendly.Cons: Food was half hot when arrived for various members of our table. Flavour was okay…would not order what I ordered again if I were to go again. Took about 15 minutes to get condiments. Which meant food was ice cold by the time you ate. No check ins until meal was done to see if you needed anything- refills etc. Part of order was forgotten. This happened to four other people in the section we were seated on our most recent visit.In my opinion, food served was not worth the prices charges. Not consistent with food served at other Ricky’s restaurants in AB, or BC. Would not go to this location in Prince Albert again based on experience of past two visits. First visit was party of four second visit was party of two.

During a 45 minute visit to Ricky's we were seated quickly, had our drink and food order taken quickly then ceased to exist as a customer for the server and establishment. 45 minutes and not one offer for a coffee refill (coffee is 3.89) or a ice tea refill. Brioche breakfast blt served on regular hamburger bun. Gratuity is for service that aims to exceed expectations of the customer.

I had chicken tenders, those were really good, but the fries came out cold. The other meal was liver and onions (omg yuck!!!). The liver was tasty ( not my words) but not enough onions and needed 1 more slice of bacon. The fries on this plate were warmer than mine. The waitress was really friendly and no complaints there at all. The atmosphere because it was noisy and thats ok, I just didnt enjoy it.
