I tried fish and chips today and I think it was one of the best I ever had. This one of the best locally owned restaurant in Prince Albert.

Lunch with friends on Tuesday. Meals were mediocre at best. Caesar chicken wrap had what appeared to be day old chicken finger chopped up…dry and flavourless with very little protein in the wrap..almost all lettuce. Fish was very small and overcooked…dry ribs and Caesar came with garlic toast that we thought was a large crouton Lol……fries were tasty no one came to ask how our meals were….pretty sure we knew why……what happened to this place? Used to be a great place for a fresh and delicious lunch…It wasn’t busy at all and it was noon …..

Was recommended this place for supper! The prime rib was excellent as was everything else and the service! We returned the next day to take some desserts home and we were greeted with smiles and great service! A definite place to go!

Held a family meal there after a funeral. Fed somewhere between 60-70 people. Food was great, service was great and price was good. Thank you Jen and staff.

This has been one of my favorite spots in Prince Albert for years. It is a cozy atmosphere with lovely local art & pottery for sale as well as a porch full of advertising for local events, businesses etc. They have a great selection for beverages (including good dairy free options), gourmet meals & delicious baking. The staff is always friendly. Great ambience.

My partner and I went for brunch after it being highly talked about by some friends. I had avoided Shenanigans for some time after buying stale pastries and cheesecakes on multiple occasions. Thought maybe things had improved.
It all looked crammed and felt messy. Every serving spoon was sticky and were being used in multiple dishes, the eggs Benedict spoon covered in hollandaise sauce was going into the scrambled eggs for example.
They were out of pancakes/waffles the entire 45 mins we were there and just before we left they put out very hard waffles. The Asian style ribs were tough, there was a dish on the buffet we couldn’t recognize, I thought it was boiled turkey bones, turns out it was bread pudding. We also ordered coffee but never received the milk we requested 2 times for.
Not worth the $75 for 2 people for brunch and black coffee.

Very nice environment to have lunch in. There’s lots of options - you’ll likely find something everyone in your party will enjoy. Staff are friendly, restaurant is clean, and it’s nicely decorated with classic 80s music to match the vibe. This restaurant is a classic, and I visit Shananigan’s every time I come into town to visit my grandparents.

Delicious food. Great options, and lots of them! Nice, quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I will go here again. The only thing I would change is the location - difficult to find parking.
They put a lot of effort into both the atmosphere and food here. Best bistro/Cafe in Prince Albert
Ordered the dill crab wrap, was promised it was 'real' crab. It was the pre packaged imitation crab. Highly disappointed.
