I was so excited when the christmas drinks came out, I couldn't wait to go get one. We'll went Friday Nov 14th and asked for a sugar cookie oat latte, the guy also didnt ask me what size I wanted and he was ready to pull me ahead, so I quickly told him a venti, and I added a breakfast sandwich as well. Pull up to the window I pay i get my drink shortly after my sandwich and I went to work. Driving to work I took a bite of my sandwich and the egg is cold and still partially frozen, wasn't impressed. Get to work try my drink it had the worst taste ever, especially after taste it tasted like beer I wish I was kidding. So the 16 dollars I spent got thrown out and I also thought I was goona be sick after rhe few sips of my drink I was nauseous and such a bad headache. I was not happy at all

Waiting time is so long, staff are totally ignoring and did not value others time. After 5month again same no 30min waiting shit

Drinks are good but please don’t put that lady with the short arms at the window. I shouldn’t have to get out of my car at a drive thru. I know it’s not her fault but it’s kind of annoying…….

i ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher on skip and it came with no lemonade and this had happened more then once now, i checked the receipt on skip to see that it says i didn’t choose no lemonade so why is this happening? it’s very frustrating and changes the taste of the drink completely. I’ve asked some friends who also use skip to get starbucks and this has happened to them as well.

Took over 40 minutes in the drive through to get one drink

My baristas have always just been so nice especially Ayla she brightens my day I wouldn’t dream of going to another starbucks

Very slow service

Being the regular customer I ordered my regular drink with extra wip cream. The hot chocolate was not mixed properly I requested for extra wip cream which was not there and the drink was overflowing and the cup was stained from the overflowing drink which was not changed. A dirty cup was handed over to me.

Service bad 👎 they are talking customer bad. I was waiting 30 minutes for one cap coffee.

The individuals who work here are always pleasant and give genuine smiles and service. The one complaint I have is it is very slow if you go in. It has taken 15-20 minutes for one drink even after ordering ahead before leaving the house. Also, not site specific but I got one tall americano for grandma, one egg bites, and a venti vanilla americano for myself (that they forgot to put the syrup in) that was over $17. So when you're paying that much AND waiting for that long it makes it not worth it if they don't make your order correctly too.

I went in to grab two drinks was waiting for 20 mins mind you only 3 people ahead of me and still messed up my drink, much rather the yards Starbucks as they are fast efficient, and give you the proper order.

Over priced. Service sucks. Always too cold in the coffee lounge area....doesn't matter if it's summer or winter 🥶🥶
