I went to this starbucks earlier one employee wouldn’t stop giving me and my friends stares and it felt uncomfortable also when I ordered the worker cut me off when I clearly wasn’t done saying my order which was annoying and rude please do better ?

The Starbucks employees don’t know how to listen. I ordered a venti strawberry acai refresher with FOUR pumps of raspberry, and they give me a GRANDE strawberry açai refresher without strawberry inclusions. I am very disappointed especially since it was my birthday. Do better Starbucks.
Come here all the time and they make the best drinks always so nice and quick even when busy and the staff always remember my drink absolutely amazing thank you

The drive thru is absolutely awful. waited over 20 minutes to get to the order window and another 15 for the 3 cars in front of me. I expected starbucks to take some time but i did not expect to grow old waiting. Trash employees, stunned and slow. coffee was lukewarm and tasted like it belonged in the sewage.

I love Starbucks, but this is the 3rd time they mess with my order.. Twice I ordered Caramel Macchiato but tasted like regular Latte, no caramel and vanilla taate at all. Today I ordered Matcha Green Tea Latte, but I think they gave me Chai Latte, as seen on picture.. Matcha Latte is green color but this one you can see it is not..But since I love Starbucks I just drink it, just hoping on my next visit they will give me the right one..
