CHANGE THE DRIVE THROUGH MICROPHONES. HAVE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BETWEEN THE NUMBERS ONE AND TWO, OR HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THE RIGHT FOOD ON IT CORRECTLY. YOU GUYS NEVER LISTEN. Crazy how you can wait 15 minutes in their drive though and still mess up your order. Forgot the cream cheese on my bagel.. sucks when you’re on your way to work and don’t get what you paid for. Oh well. Won’t be returning!

For the first screw up, I let it pass. I ordered an iced capp with whipped cream via drive thru but they didn't give me a straw. The second time, I ordered a BROWN SUGAR iced latte with whipped cream in-store. At first, they forgot about the whipped cream so I had to remind them about it. Then, when we drove off, I took a sip of my drink and bruh, it was so bitter. They forgot the brown sugar
