Please start strring up your steep tea right way all the sugar is at bottom. Ordered a steep tea triple triple again today and like everytime sugar stay at bottom they don't even bother to stir it properly.

Had a very bad experience on my birthday oct 25 6:15pm @timhortons prince albert 1512 2 avenue west. One of the girl crew in drive thru is very unprofessional, her voice is angry when she ask my order and keep repeating the question what is my order and what size, maybe she couldn't hear me and when i finally got my order at the window i checked it and it was wrong so i asked to change it ofcourse because i got a wrong flavor of timbits then when she got it she threw the box of timbits on the counter top and get a new one while she's walking back through the window she whispered and says "what are we looking at?! Like what the?! Ofcourse we're shock! that's why we looked at her because we're not expecting that she will throw the food..we just can't complain at the main office website because they didn't give our receipt. So annoying and bring bad vibes to the customers. If she's not happy with her job then that job is not for her.. seriously she don't have manner..

This place has gone down hill since the Philippino staff is no longer working here. New staff is unorganized, rude, always rushing you out but VERY slow. Waited in the drive through line up for 25 min this AM. Bring back your old staff

I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich, donut and hot chocolate, for the sandwich I said "Just sausage and cheese on an English muffin" when I got it, it had an egg on it as well, that wasn't the issue, before I came back around I was going to ignore the egg and eat it anyways, but soon as i took a bite, my entire mouth, tongue and throat started to burn and all i could smell was acetone or nail polish remover, I told staff about both the wrong order and the chemical I could taste/smell and he told me "next time order the simply sausage" and was argumentative about it, and the reason my mouth was feeling like it was getting burnt was "the butter" I can still taste the acetone and smell it, that's definitely not any butter I had before.

Couldn’t get drink order correct. I wanted an XL decaf coffee with one quarter French vanilla. She filled cup with French vanilla. I explained 1/4 French vanilla. I wanted decaf coffee but was told she didn’t have any left. Hmmm. I have an idea, make a new pot.

Went through drive thru today, got two iced coffees, and two items for lunch. Got to the pick up area and was so forced to get my atuff and drive thru. I mentioned that they forgot ome iced coffee the server said no you only order one. (When we cleary seen it on the screen as we ordered) He basically forced us to keep driving thru. And once we Stopped i was opening my habanero chicken wrap and the thing wasnt even rolled probably and had a rip through the whole wrap. Sure i understand its a drive thru and you got numbers to keep low..but they need to take time to make sure things are done properly. So i got ripped off a ice coffee and pretty much needed a fork to eat my wrap. Very disappointed

Quite disappointed, I visit this store quite often and stay there few time. I often order coffee and time spend working on laptop at the store. But today the security girl came to me and said that I couldn’t stay there more, I had few minutes to leave because I stay there about 2 hours. I came to ask her for sure about this and she said that’s the store policy, every only stay 30 minutes at store. I was happy and left. When I was home, I called Tim Horton customer service and ask again for this policy because I had never heard about it. The representative said that there is no policy for how long a customer can stay at store. How can you be not professional like that under Tim policy? She was quite rude to me.
