I’m giving Tim Hortons one star! We are a basketball team of young girls and your staff just watched us freeze outside. We waited for more than 25 minutes and got sass at the drive thru when a parent had to take three trips to get the kids their food. The one the worker just came out and locked the door on us and stared. We are missing items but still charged for them. Even though the food is good we are eating it with hatred😔 PS it was 7:30 at night -25 and none of us had jackets.
