The lady who took our order was being disrespectful, gave us wrong food and yelled at us for she being right, are we stupid to give the wrong order😡, DISAPPOINTED .
Today around 7:30 PM 13 june , I got the wrong steep tea mixed with coffee and when went back to return my order, staff was not at all nice to me, and guy at drive through window was giving me an attitude, not even apologizing instead arguing saying he never made the order the staff at the back made it and said it’s not his fault!
Kudos to the very nice guy the filipino guy at the front till this morning

Lacking quality and freshness, I ordered a cilantro lime chicken wrap and it is cold to the touch but has grill marks on it. So they preheated the wrap and left it on the side in order to sell and most likely in order to speed up their drive thru times. Disappointed.

I bought a sandwich lastnight and I didn't take a bite until I got home....
Tell me why whomever made it thought it was at all okay to serve me a foul, rancid smelling sandwich. The lettuce is literally rotten and it was the most disgusting bite of a sandwich I've had in my life. Just after holding it I had to wash my hands because it SMELLS? If I had my windows closed in my kitchen and a less plugged nose I would've smelt it in time but this yuck!

Everytime!! Order is wrong!! Ordered steeped tea got coffee again!!! Do you guys only hear coffee over the microphone in the drive thru?

I literally went there 2 days in a row and they gave me the wrong order. First I asked for the Nutella ice Capp, but they’ve given me the mocha one. Then today I asked for the Nutella croissant, once again they got it wrong and have given me a donut. Didn’t realize until I’ve gotten back home.

After bought some groceries in Walmart, My friend and I when to Timhortons cornerstone at the drive thru. The crew immediately greeted us thru speaker. We ordered a coffee 2large DD. After taking our orders. They invite us to proceed to the window. The lady staff greeted us genuinely with smile. Her name is Marife. She is very loveable lady and I can tell her service is exceptional. She is very polite and kind. When we are done. I asked for a receipt and she handed over right away. I did the survey to simply recognize her great service towards customer . Keep it up Marife, and congratulations Sheryl you are lucky to have that kind of employee. She’s do love her job and it’s evident thru her actions. Continue doing great guys you made our day in simple cup of coffee and an exceptional service.
