I understand going through a drive through is supposed to be fast but when you can't put your card back in wallet before you get your coffee being pushed towards your window it is frustrating, even caught the guy at window rolling his eyes when I did this. I truly dont enjoy Tim Hortons anymore 😔

When i was at this tims i saw flies in the showcase and they were crawling on donuts and bagels and when i informed an employee about the contaminated food and told her to throw it away, but instead she took the bagels, brushed it off and put it back on display and continued to serve it. do not go here. they are also rude and have very poor customer service as well as hygiene.

I usually don’t complain about employee behavior, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered a hot latte, but the drive-through employee served me brewed coffee with milk. When I pointed out that it wasn’t a latte, she began yelling at me. A few minutes later, she asked me to park at the front, even though there were no cars behind me, and I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for just one coffee.
This is far below the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons.

Be sure you are not in a rush when you come here. I frequent this restaurant in the mornings ONLY because it is closest to my work. Most days when you come in there is a line of around 7-10 people. There are 2-TWO tills there and yet they only have 1 open. I have spoken with the manager on 2 occasions in regards to having the second till open and yet every time I go in there is a line up and ONE till open. The mornings should ALWAYS have 2 tills open!!!!
Went to the drive-thru st 2am esd closed very disappointing after long drive back from saskatoon..suppose to be open 25hrd

By far my favorite Timmy's in prince albert! Best service! I had a young lady (jassie) serve us and my husband favorite is the apple fritters and there was no more left ! So she went in the back and got us six fresh apple fritters! She was so kind and friendly! Will 💯 recommend! Five stars tim hortons!
