I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff were welcoming. The place was clean and had a nice, cozy atmosphere. Everything from the service to the presentation was on point. Definitely coming back soon!

Stood at the counter waiting to order for 14 minutes. Totally ignored, no greeting or anything. Restaurant was so dirty that I took my burger out to the car to eat it. They must have had it in the fridge for a while or something because it wasn't even warm. This used to be a regular stop for me when I traveled through PA. Not anymore. Pathetic!

Ordered the son of baconator meal at the drive thru, fries was old, burger was sloppy, and the iced coffee taste like old coffee brewed 2+ hours ago.
Ordered chicken strips awhile back, received dipping sauce but no chicken strips. Called and let them know and they said they would mail a gift card (idk I feel like that's weird). Put in another order of chicken strips today, received again dipping sauce and no chicken strips or fries, but an extra cheeseburger. Not sure what happened there. Also did not receive original gift card they said they would send.

we went there last night, July 23, 2025 to grab some snacks but wanted to use the washroom first to wash our hands so we asked the staff for the washroom key but they told us to order first before using the washroom. so we answered yeah we will order, just have to wash our hands first but they told us thats their policy to order first before using the washroom. so, their concern is just to sell and not the wellness of the customer. I worked in Wendy's Alberta too before and we always make sure to give our bests to the customer.
