Delicious veggie burgers, had two in one week! My only disappointment is there is no fun side for the burgers, soup or salad are the only options. Some chips of some kind would be a nice addition, kale chips or something crunchy. It’s a bit saucy but the sauce is good.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options.

In a remodeled older home, warm and casual. Service was good and friendly. Opened at 9am. Vegan options are well marked and there are several to choose from on the breakfast and lunch menus. I had the breakfast power bowl and liked it very much! Washroom upstairs, not wheelchair accessible. The garden bagel also very good, warm with crisp cool cucumber and ripe avocado and tomato. Tim Horton's isn't ? anymore (Burger King bought it)
Minhas is NOT LOCAL (they make their money in Saskatchewan but the brother & sister live in AB. And the old people live in ON).
Parking: The Cathedral area is the most cultured neighbourhood in Regina.
Kid-friendliness: Authentic Saskatchewan

The food is OK at best. It’s overpriced for what they offer. Ingredients are cheap (beans/lentils/bread/veggies/etc). Why do they charge so much. And why is there no flavour yet they call it “Mediterranean”. Choose a country (Greece, Lebanese, etc.) so that you can actually incorporate a spice blend from that country rather than claiming the whole region. Unless there is a reason you don’t want to name the country that inspired this unflavoured food.

13th Avenue Food and Coffee is a quaint establishment in a historic house. It's an adorable space and there's also a patio outside for sunnier days.
They have a large menu of various food items and beverages. Lots of variety and the food is quite good.
The service however felt very rushed and terse. There was no room for conversation or questions on this day. It certainly felt rushed. The lady also was outwardly upset at a food order pickup driver and was forcefully telling him to go around the outside.
If you can overlook the service, 13th Avenue is a great experience!

The 2 stars are for the location and that its a cute little spot. But the food is pretty meh and lacks flavour or anything special. The iced chai vanilla latte tasted watered down, and I was disappointed when I received the noodle bowl because I definitely didn’t expect it to be pho. The bagel was fine but the avocado was ROCK hard so I had to take it out. The smoothie was the worst part, its like sucking straight peanut butter out of a straw. The girl working was helpful in letting us know our options and understood what vegan meant. Nice that the vegan options are clearly marked. I just wouldn’t spend money on this food again. Nice, local, independent place. Fair prices, good service, lots of menu items. Cozy little neighborhood place. The only place to offer me a London Smog. Very tasty. I have asked for it at other coffee shops, including Starbucks, and they don't even know what it is

Amazingly good coffee and service. Ginger cookie seemed a bit smaller than previously. Maybe I was just hungrier.

Casual and quaint with incredible drinks! I tried the Cherry Iced Tea 🍒 yesterday and it was so good!! have also tried a couple of the hot drinks and have never been disappointed! It's a great spot to meet up with a friend, or grab a drink and walk around the area.
This small boutique Cafe had some excellent food. Several delicious and healthy options for everyone. Vegetarian and non vegetarian options and food also eas extremely well balanced. Would happily come back for another meal.
