I visited the place around 8:45 PM today. The place was immaculate. Food was delicious, fresh and was served pretty quickly. Washrooms were clean, so was the dine in. Front staff was super friendly! A 10/10 experience and would definitely visit again!

We stopped here while driving from Winnipeg to LaRonge. Going that way we always stop in Regina for lunch or supper. This time we got out dinners and went to 3 tables trying to find a clean one. I always wipe a table we will eat at with a wet one and these wooden tables were filthy. This practice of spraying a bit and wiping does not clean wooden table tops. My cloth was with black filth on it after wiping the table. You need to scrub these tables and not just wipe them. We like A&W food much better then McDonald's however we like to eat at places that have clean tables. If the tables aren't cleaned properly then what is the kitchen like ??? I would not feel comfortable stopping at this place in the future. Sorry

I ordered a perry perry burger with potato around 11:45pm on 14th July. Firstly they gave me burger with only patty, mayo and harbnero sauce(which i have asked for) there was no lettuce,tomato and onions in there which i expected to be in it, also the crown of the bun was ripped of and was not in good shape . When i drove second time to the drive thru the guy argued with me over the bun for 5 minutes then i just drove without taking anything and i just handed the burger to them by wasting money and time. Very disappointed behavior.

I did mobile order of 2x masala veggie burgers and both were missing the masala sauce. Whoever prepared my food didn’t do their job well, not gonna visit this location anymore.

The employee's don't know how to make a iced latte, the employee was putting hot latte in the cup with ice in it lol. I went in twice and same thing happened so i asked for refund.

The tables were so dirty my wet one was black after wiping then. After complaining the staff unenthusiastically apologized and then began wiping the tables and chairs with the same cloth. It was hard to enjoy the food when I was wondering what the kitchen looked like...
It was just a casual meal, but I accidentally bit into the happiness that I didn't have time to have when I was a child. That bite of burger was crispy and juicy, like a consolation secretly prepared for me---It seemed that all troubles could be temporarily left outside the door. As long as I sit quietly and eat slowly at this moment, the world will be a little gentler.

OLD & COLD FRIES!!! But also, why do staff always pull the fries from the heat lamp and leave them on the tray while they wait for the burgers? HUGE pet peeve. 🤦♀️(fries are what we really come for. You know this.)
