Ordered a teen burger with no onions on it. There's no bacon either and the bun is stale and hard. You can hear me tap on the bun. Barely ate half of it, definitely lost my appetite.

I stopped by the drive thru tonight around 10 and ordered a couple of foods. The worker named Allan was very quick to understand our order which was much appreciated. I have never before encountered a person especially in drive thru who was so fast and attentive in taking my orders. Thank you, you made our night.

Long wait for food. Missed an order of fries. The person providing the food literally threw the bag at me as she rushed back to the drive thru area. Not a surprise that food was missed from my order. Couldn’t even get someone’s attention for the missing item so just left. Overall, very poor service.

Really bad service. Place the order through Uber eats after confirming with the restaurant about the order. The supervisor confirmed it and ahe was rude. First they accept the order and then cancel the order without any reason. Try to call the restaurant but nobody answered the phone

I use to be a frequent customer at this location (I always use the drive-thru) but have been going elsewhere due to incorrect orders and food in the last year. In a moment of weakness, I went here today, spent $30 on 2 meals and once again the burgers were cold AND made incorrectly. I paid for cheese on a mama and it wasn't on there, neither was the mayo and the onion was barely noticable. Onion Rings were cold and chewy. The other meal was just as bad. 3 months ago they gave me a burger with tons of pickles after I aked for none. I returned the burger in the bag with the receipt and wrote my disappontment with their food on the back with my number and I was never called. If you want good A&W food, go to a different location.
