I paid $48 for 3 burgers and fries for my wife and kid. I have to fill my own drink, clean up and pick my order. They don’t bring it to you or even talk to you. New A&W is not what I grew up with. No more for my family again!

The food was cold,(the margarine wasn't even kind of melted on the toast) they gave us numbers for the table/order and then ignored them and put the food on the counter, and didn't bother telling us for at least 10 minutes ,then yelled at us, there was hair in one order, (right at the counter) they got upset about that and didn't want to fix it

The food as always is great. A new addition on the menu I have not noticed before you can get any burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. It is pretty good, I do advise to ask for less or no sauce since there is no bun for the sauce to soak into it is very drippy and messy. Great alternative for the gluten free diet.
