Clean and cozy, the pretty white girl's service was awesome👌
I understand the business perspective—when A&W can save money by hiring new staff instead of long-time Canadians, it makes financial sense for them. However, the quality of service, food, cleanliness of the store, and staff attentiveness are quickly declining. The girl at the window was more focused on processing my coupons than on offering utensils or jam and peanut butter for my classic breakfast. I really miss how things used to be.

I paid $48 for 3 burgers and fries for my wife and kid. I have to fill my own drink, clean up and pick my order. They don’t bring it to you or even talk to you. New A&W is not what I grew up with. No more for my family again!

The food was cold,(the margarine wasn't even kind of melted on the toast) they gave us numbers for the table/order and then ignored them and put the food on the counter, and didn't bother telling us for at least 10 minutes ,then yelled at us, there was hair in one order, (right at the counter) they got upset about that and didn't want to fix it
